New from DXV – Belshire Collection

The latest from DXV is now on display at the DJ Bath Plus Showroom. The new Belshire Collection encapsulates a sense of 1920s nostalgia in a beautiful, full bathroom suite that covers the opulence, luxurious elegance and sparkle of that era. Including modern fixtures, mixed material finishes and one-of-a-kind pieces – based on period designs – the elements of this collection can be customized to suit individual tastes. (Above is a still image from a DJ Bath Plus video showcasing the Belshire Freestanding Soaking Tub & Wall-Mount Tub Filler with Lever Handles in Satin Brass.)

Art Deco is the inspiration for this latest addition to DXV's Golden Era Movement portfolio. Warm woods, Carrara marble and other European materials (handcrafted to the same exacting standards and meticulous care of that period) are combined with detailed fixtures and furniture that complement one another, and are equally stunning on their own.

To learn more, see how this new collection could be a fit for your project, and get customization options, please contact Jim Logan, Inside Sales Account Executive (415-320-2867 and

Zip Water – HydroTap

As a product range, the Hydrotap Collection combines award winning technology with meticulous engineering into the "World's Most Advanced Drinking Water System" for instant filtered, boiling, chilled and sparkling water dispensers. With the completion of a working Zip Water display in the DJ Bath Plus Showroom, we invite you to try out these innovative faucets and see the difference they can make to any kitchen design.

Healthier lifestyle, pure-tasting water, less clutter, and more... Given the quality of these high end kitchen and water filter faucets, 80% of HydroTap owners have said they cut down on sugary drinks and are consuming more water, in addition to eliminating the need for bottled water or multiple appliances. (Pictured is the HydroTap Celsius AIO Arc for Home.)

Sales Team Profile: Kate Brady

Leading the skilled and experienced team at DJ Bath Plus is Kate Brady (Showroom General Manager). With over 30 years of expertise in the decorative plumbing industry, Kate oversees the SoMa showroom, as well as the rest of the family of showrooms owned and operated by General Plumbing Supply (GPS), with whom she started working in 1995.

After going from Sales to managing the GPS Walnut Creek location, Kate moved to Florida, but continued working for GPS until the Gorman Company division of Hajoca Corporation hired her to run their new showroom. In 2009 GPS then recruited her back to Northern California to redevelop the showroom aspect of their business. This experience led to her, subsequently, directing the development and opening of the DJ Bath Plus flagship showroom in San Francisco.

Her expertise and industry-wide knowledge are also recognized among Trade-affiliated organizations. A past President of the Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Association (DPHA), Kate currently serves on the Board for the DPHA, as well as on the governing Board of the Luxury Products Group (buying group for the decorative plumbing industry). Besides requests for her to speak in front of these groups, Kate also takes part in industry panel discussions and committees sponsored by these and other decorative plumbing associations. And, she has, previously, served on the advisory boards for American Standard and InSinkErator.

Well-versed in both the retail and wholesale aspects of this industry, her background also includes prior stints at construction and property management firms in San Francisco, plus another local decorative plumbing supplier and Kitchen & Bath design studio, and she holds a BS in Interior Design from UC Davis.

Kate devotes most of her time to the San Francisco Showroom. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations, she focuses on providing an environment that fosters partnerships: In short a place where visitors, customers and the Trade can access a varied inventory from designers and manufacturers across the world, along with the design, sales and project resources that can make their process a smooth one.
